Prior to joining Prezio, Ms. Watanabe worked for a food manufacturer, engaging in the product development of edible vegetable oil.
She is the first author of the report entitled “Low-Dose Daily Intake of Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7) Improves Osteocalcin γ-Carboxylation: A Double-Blind, Randomized Controlled Trials”, Journal of Nutritional Science and Vitaminology, 2015 Volume: 61 Issue: 6.
Ms. Watanabe earned her Bachelor of Arts from the Division of Science at the College of Liberal Arts, International Christian University and her Master of Arts in Multidisciplinary Sciences from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the University of Tokyo.
